Frequently asked questions
What counts as a cost on a returned order?
The forward shipping you already paid (not recovered), the return shipping back to you (if your marketplace charges it), and the packaging you used — but not the cost price, since the assumption here is the item comes back resellable, not damaged.
Why does the break-even return rate sometimes say it's not reachable?
If your margin is high enough relative to what a return actually costs you, returns alone can't push profit to zero within a realistic 0–100% range — they'll still eat into your margin, just not enough to wipe it out entirely at this price and cost.
