How to use Flipkart Label Crop
The PDF is read and cropped in your browser, so customer names and addresses never leave your device.
- Drag in the original label + invoice PDF from Flipkart Seller Hub (tick Upload multiple PDFs first if you have several).
- Pick a crop mode: Single label (80 × 130 mm per page), Invoice (A4), or 4 labels on an A4 sheet.
- Tick any sorting you want — by SKU or multi-item orders together — plus an order list or custom text if needed.
- Click Process PDF. The cropped file downloads automatically and appears below with a preview; print it at 100% scale with margins set to None.
Frequently asked questions
Which PDF should I upload?
The original label-and-invoice PDF downloaded from Flipkart Seller Hub — each A4 page has the shipping label centred at the top, a dashed cut line, then the tax invoice. Screenshots and scans won't work.
What size is the cropped label?
Exactly 80 × 130 mm (about 4 × 6 inches), the size Flipkart lays the label out at, with one label per page. Use Single label mode for a thermal printer, or 4 labels (A4) to save sticker paper on a regular printer.
What is the order list?
A separate PDF listing every SKU with the number of units and orders, sorted by SKU — a pick list to work through before you pack. Turn it on under Additional options.
Are my labels uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is read and cropped inside your browser, so customer details never leave your device.
