How to use Amazon Label Crop
The PDF is read and cropped in your browser, so customer names and addresses never leave your device.
- Drag in the original shipping-label PDF from Amazon Seller Central (tick Upload multiple PDFs first if you have several).
- Pick a crop mode: Single label, Invoice (A4), or 4 labels on an A4 sheet. Leave Print SKU on each label ticked to add the SKU from the invoice page.
- Tick any sorting you want — by SKU or multi-item orders together — plus an order list or custom text if needed.
- Click Process PDF. The cropped file downloads automatically and appears below with a preview; print it at 100% scale with margins set to None.
Frequently asked questions
Which PDF should I upload?
The original shipping-label PDF from Amazon Seller Central, where each order's label page is followed by its tax invoice page. The label is a scanned image, so the tool measures where it sits on the page and crops to it with a small margin.
Why does it read the invoice page?
Amazon labels don't show the SKU. The invoice page does, so the tool reads the SKU and quantity from it and prints "SKU ( Qty : n )" on the label in an empty spot, so your packer can match parcel to product. Untick Print SKU on each label if you don't want it.
What happens to the invoice pages?
In Single label and 4 labels modes only the labels are output. Choose Invoice (A4) mode to output the invoice pages instead.
Are my labels uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is read and cropped in your browser, so customer names and addresses never leave your device.
