How to use Label Cropper (Meesho, Flipkart & Amazon)
Every PDF is read and cropped in your browser, so customer names and addresses never leave your device.
- Drag in label PDFs from the Meesho, Flipkart and/or Amazon seller panel — any mix, any number. Each one is identified automatically; there's nothing to select per file.
- Pick a crop mode: Single label, Invoice (A4), or 4 labels on an A4 sheet.
- Tick any sorting you want — by SKU, by pickup partner, by seller name if more than one seller account is mixed in, or multi-item orders together — plus an order list or custom text if needed.
- Press Print to open your browser's print window, Download to save the cropped PDF, or Print & Download for both. Print at 100% scale with margins set to None. The result also appears below with a preview, including how many labels came from each marketplace.
Frequently asked questions
How does it know which marketplace each PDF is from?
It reads the text inside each PDF and checks it against what each marketplace's own template looks like — Meesho's "TAX INVOICE" heading, Flipkart's "Tax Invoice" heading and SKU table, Amazon's order-number format and invoice wording. You don't pick a marketplace; each file is identified on its own.
Can I mix PDFs from different marketplaces in one go?
Yes — that's the point of this tool over the three separate ones. Drop in a Meesho PDF, a Flipkart PDF and an Amazon PDF together and they're combined into one sorted, cropped output.
What if a file isn't recognised?
It's skipped, and named in a note under the result, rather than guessed at — a mismatch in cropping is harder to notice than a tool simply saying it didn't recognise a file. The rest of the batch still processes normally.
Is this different from using the separate Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon tools?
Only in that it handles all three at once and sorts across the combined batch. Each one is also kept as its own dedicated tool, if you only ever process one marketplace and don't need the detection step.
