How to use Meesho Label Crop
The PDF is read and cropped in your browser, so customer names and addresses never leave your device.
- Drag in the original Sub Order Labels PDF from the Meesho supplier panel (tick Upload multiple PDFs first if you have several).
- Pick a crop mode: Single label, Invoice (A4), or 4 labels on an A4 sheet.
- Tick any sorting you want — by SKU, by pickup partner (courier), or multi-item orders together — plus an order list or custom text if needed.
- Click Process PDF. The cropped file downloads automatically and appears below with a preview; print it at 100% scale with margins set to None.
Frequently asked questions
Which PDF should I upload?
The original "Sub Order Labels" PDF downloaded from the Meesho supplier panel — one A4 page per order, with the label at the top and the tax invoice below it. Screenshots, scans and re-saved copies won't work, because the tool reads the text inside the PDF to find the label.
How does it decide where to crop?
It finds the "TAX INVOICE" heading on each page and keeps everything above it, so a label with a long address or a wrapped SKU still keeps its whole product table. Each page is cropped on its own, so every output page is exactly as tall as its label.
What do the sorting options do?
Sort by SKU puts identical items next to each other for batch picking. Sort by pickup partner groups labels by courier (Valmo, Delhivery, Xpress Bees, Shadowfax and others), read from each label. Sort multi-item orders together moves orders with more than one item — or several labels for the same customer — to the end, kept together. They can be combined: partner first, then SKU.
