How does the session counter work?
It increments by one only when a Focus timer runs all the way down to 0 — switching phases early or hitting Reset doesn't count, and breaks never increment it.
Is my session count saved if I refresh the page?
No — the counter only lives in memory for as long as the page stays open; reloading or navigating away resets it to 0.
Does switching between Focus, Short Break, and Long Break pause the timer?
Yes — clicking any of the three phase buttons stops the running timer and resets the clock to that phase's full duration (25, 5, or 15 minutes).
