No — this tool only supports a text watermark; there's no option to overlay a second image or logo.
What format is the watermarked image saved as?
Always PNG, regardless of the format you uploaded.
Does the opacity slider affect the watermark's outline too?
Yes — the opacity is applied globally before both the dark outline stroke and the text fill are drawn, so lowering it fades the whole watermark, outline included, not just the fill color.
